1. About these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of Wake, made by Apprillion (“we”, “us”). Please read them before playing or purchasing an upgrade. If you do not agree, do not use the Game. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. The rules of the store you use also apply.

If you are not old enough to enter into this agreement where you live, your parent or guardian must review and agree to it on your behalf. Purchases require the permission of the account holder.

2. Your licence to play

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive licence to install and play Wake for non-commercial use on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the applicable store rules. The Game, artwork, music, name and code remain the property of Apprillion or their respective licensors.

You may not resell or redistribute the Game, circumvent purchase checks, interfere with its services, or copy or reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits. Ordinary non-commercial sharing of your own gameplay screenshots and videos is welcome.

3. Gameplay and saved progress

Wake is a puzzle game in which stones move toward a tap and leave barriers behind. Progress and preferences are saved locally. There is no Apprillion account or promised cloud progress synchronization. Loss of a device, uninstalling, clearing app data or a failed backup may remove progress. Purchase restoration does not restore puzzle progress or earned hint balances.

Hints, undo and restart availability may be limited unless the corresponding lifetime upgrade is owned. Availability, refill rules and rewarded-ad offers are described in the Game and may change with updates.

4. Three separate lifetime upgrades

Wake offers these optional, non-consumable, one-time purchases:

Each purchase unlocks only its named feature. Buying one does not include the other two. These products are not recurring subscriptions, and there is no automatic renewal charge. The store shows the applicable price, currency and taxes before you confirm.

“Lifetime” refers to continued access to the purchased feature within Wake while that feature and the Game remain available and compatible with your device. It does not promise perpetual operation of a service or support for every future device. This description does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you have.

Payments are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store. RevenueCat validates purchase status and helps deliver access; it does not receive your full payment-card details from us. A pending or unapproved payment does not grant an upgrade until the purchase is confirmed.

5. Restoring purchases and refunds

Use Settings → Restore purchases to recover eligible non-consumable upgrades using the relevant store account. Restoration depends on store records and the purchase service’s account and transfer rules. A purchase on one store does not automatically transfer to a different store or operating system. An internet connection may be needed for purchase verification or restoration.

If an upgrade does not appear, try restoring and then contact us with the order reference. Do not purchase the same item again merely to troubleshoot access.

Refund requests are handled under the applicable store process and any rights granted by law: Google Play refunds or Apple refund requests . Refunded, revoked or reversed purchases may lose the access associated with them. Nothing here excludes a refund or remedy required by law.

6. Optional rewarded ads

On supported platforms, you may choose to watch an ad for an offered reward. The reward is granted when the advertising service confirms completion. Ads and rewards may be unavailable because of connectivity, region, provider availability, or other technical conditions.

Third parties provide advertising content. Their offers, sites and services have their own terms. You are not required to buy a product advertised in a video, and watching an ad does not purchase a lifetime upgrade.

7. Fair use

Please do not exploit refunds, falsify purchases or ad completion, use modified versions to bypass access restrictions, or disrupt the Game or its providers. We may address abuse proportionately, including removing access obtained fraudulently, subject to applicable law.

8. Updates and availability

We may update Wake for compatibility, security, balance and new content. The Game, features, advertising and purchase services may be interrupted or become unavailable. Updates may be needed for continued compatibility. We will act in accordance with applicable obligations concerning paid digital content and provide notice of material changes where required.

9. Your rights and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Game is provided on an “as available” basis, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You are responsible for keeping your device and store account secure and for reviewing a purchase before confirming it.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer guarantees and remedies. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by the law that protects you.

10. Stopping use and changes to these terms

You may stop using Wake at any time. Uninstalling the Game removes it from your device but does not itself request a refund or delete store purchase records. We may restrict use for a material breach of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

We may revise these Terms. The date above shows the latest version; material changes will be notified as required. New or changed paid offers will be described before purchase.
